As there is always so much going on on a wedding day, I will also need to work out all the logistics of how/where/when so that I am in the right place at the right time! All of this information will be extremely helpful for when I’m putting together a timeline for myself. (I appreciate that every wedding is different so some of these sections/questions might not be relevant to you, if so, you can just leave those blank!)

Please list here specific groups that you would like a photo of on the day. As much as I would love to help you get all the photos you'd like, please do keep in mind that, even with the most efficient ushering, it can still take 4-5 minutes to corral and arrange each group for a photo - so ideally no more than 8-10 groups.

Designated Photo Helper

It would extremely helpful to have one (or two) people helping with the above photos. Ideally someone who knows most of the guests and are happy to round up/organise people to help things go as smoothly and as quickly as possible. If you could let me know who you would like to nominate and their number, that would be great! (Also, please do make sure they know they will be needed during this time and pass them a copy of the list!)

Supplier's Meal

The only time I really take a break is usually when you and your guests are sitting down for wedding breakfast.
